​Service policies
MOONSET LIS is a service developed within the scope of the LIFE MOONSET Project, with the LIFE MOONSET Consortium acting as the institutional owner of the project. This website is owned by the MOONSET LIFE Project. These Service Policies govern the relationship between the MOONSET LIFE Consortium and users of the MOONSET LIS service. These policies may be amended whenever MOONSET LIS deems it necessary.
If MOONSET LIS decides to amend these Service Policies, the new version shall replace the current one and shall take effect from the date of its publication on this website. The relationship between MOONSET LIS and all users shall thereafter be governed by the newly published version.
Users are advised to consult this page periodically to ensure they are aware of the Service Policies in force. Please note that MOONSET LIS reserves the right to modify the content of this website at any time.
If the user does not agree with these terms and conditions, they may not continue to use this website or book any services through it.
The purpose of this website is to provide relevant commercial and operational information to MOONSET LIS users.

Pricing policy 
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.

Exchange rate policy 
The currency used to indicate service costs is the euro (€), and the final purchase shall be made in euros.

Products and Prices 
MOONSET LIS offers a shared mobility service connecting the parishes of Sacavém and Prior Velho; Póvoa de Santa Iria and Forte da Casa; Santa Iria de Azoia, São João da Talha and Bobadela; and Humberto Delgado Airport in Lisbon. This service can be booked through the app and is subject to the number of available seats on the shuttles.

General Booking Conditions 
When making a booking, the customer must correctly fill in the information requested on the app, otherwise it will not be validated by MOONSET LIS. 
Whenever a customer makes a booking, a confirmation notification will be sent to the app.

Vehicle Boarding and Alighting
When boarding the shuttle, the customers must identify themselves so that the driver can confirm that the trip has been booked. When applicable, a payment of €1 must be made to the driver using a debit or credit card; cash payments are not accepted.
Upon completion of the payment, the customer will receive a receipt and may request an invoice.

Cancellation 
The customer can cancel a booking free of charge.

Recommendations and precautions
Within the scope of the MOONSET LIS service, the LIFE MOONSET Consortium is committed to ensuring the privacy and protection of the personal data of all individuals who interact with the application.
This effort must be matched by a responsible attitude on the part of users to protect their personal data. To this end, MOONSET LIS advises users to:
  • Not share their username and password;
  • Not write down their password or username in easily accessible places (calendar, computer, etc.);
  • Ensure that the app is closed before leaving the cellphone or computer;
  • Ensure that the equipment or network used to access MOONSET LIS is free of viruses and spyware.

Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights related to information provided in this app, including but not limited to the content of text, titles, photos, images, moving images, illustrations, names, logos and trademarks, are property of MOONSET LIFE Consortium or potential licensors. 
The fact that MOONSET LIS makes this information available does not, under any circumstances, grant the user the right to reproduce or distribute this information. Such actions are not permitted without prior consent from MOONSET LIFE Consortium or the potential licensors referred to above. However, the user shall be authorised to download and/or print the information for personal, non-commercial purposes. 
The presentation of this app embedded in other apps not belonging to MOONSET LIFE Consortium shall be prohibited.

Termination of use
MOONSET LIFE Consortium may, at any time and per the criteria it deems appropriate, terminate the user's access to the app.

Privacy
Please consult our privacy policy here, which determines how we collect and use personal information that we may obtain through your use of the app. 
MOONSET LIS only works with entities that guarantee that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to meet legal requirements, particularly in the area of security and confidentiality. MOONSET LIS thus aims to defend the rights of personal data subjects, in order to protect this data against unauthorized access, improper use, loss or destruction. 

Limitation of Warranty
MOONSET LIS endeavours to ensure that the information at this app is complete. Even so, MOONSET LIS cannot guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that the information contained at the app is complete and accurate, or that this app will not be subject to delays or interruptions.

Limited liability
The app user agrees to hold MOONSET LIS harmless from any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of information contained therein.

General
MOONSET LIS shall not be held liable for delays or contractual breaches due to force majeure, disturbances, total or partial strikes, flood, fire or war. 
The agreement between the user and MOONSET LIS, based on these terms and conditions, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law. 
The user irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Lisbon district court in relation to this agreement.
